Hectic, confusing, frustrating

The concept is great but tough to follow once you begin using it. I may be a slow learner because I have been attempting to write a story for the last 3 years. Scrivener has damaged atleast 3 times. information has been lost several times and I am hesitant to begin again. I hope things improve.
